They are not silver, just silver colored.

The earrings have a large round center clear rhinestone lined with a pinwheel of Jet and clear smaller rhinestones surrounding the center.

They measure 1-1/4″ across. Awesome detail with no defects. NO mars or defects on the pieces.They may be a designer pair, but I do not see a signature.
